3 strategies for a lifelong slim line

A nice slim figure is great. How to get the lifelong? Unfortunately not so easy. Think about carbohydrates every day and watch the clock. In the evening, enjoy eating and drinking - delicious and sweet and intoxicating - that's just not possible. Self-education is needed now. The slim life is so exhausting! But every day lug a lot of kilos and never look in the mirror? That's hell.

1. Four hours of eating break

4 hours no snack between lunch and dinner. Do not move anything in the mouth all day (snoop). Why? Blood sugar and fat burning then do not work optimally. In addition, the body needs a digestive break. He wants rest. We also need breaks!


2. Morning and noon carbohydrates

After the long night without food, there are good carbohydrates, oatmeal in the fruit muesli are best. Or bread and rolls made from wholemeal flour with everything on it that tastes good. Just drink and have a bubble gum until noon. For lunch a nice dish and as a side dish noodles or rice or potatoes. Or a pizza with a salad. Without a lookup!

3. No carbohydrates in the evening

Carbohydrates boost blood sugar levels super fast. That gives energy. We use energy when we move. From breakfast to work we move. After work we just sit around. On the PC or in front of the TV and later we are in bed. That's how it is, is not it? In the evening there is little movement.

In the evening there is therefore little energy consumption in the body. Now it will be difficult. Why not carbohydrates in the evening? I explain that very simply: carbohydrates raise blood sugar levels. Blood sugar makes insulin active. Insulin stops fat burning. But it must be active to process the carbohydrates. Otherwise it will be fat. And the fat comes in the fat store.


BUT: At night the optimal fat burning runs! It does not work if the insulin stops burning fat. Quite simply, in the evening and at night, we move too little and do not burn energy and therefore the unused energy is bunkered as fat.

For dinner there was a dish with many carbohydrates. You are now in the body. They are stored as fat at night. This is bad. Now you have to understand this: This fat storage will not be emptied the next day, because then we move, hahaha! No, the next day, the carbohydrates are converted to energy and consumed by the next breakfast and lunch. The fat storage remains full.

Our body is a nasty bitch. It's so nice to eat a lot of delicious carbohydrates in the evening and to drink beer or wine! No, says the body. That's not good, I'll make you fat. Never again pork roast with bread dumplings plus 1 liter of beer in the evening? No maxi pizza plus 1 to 2 glasses of wine? No pasta with cream sauce and lots of white bread plus 1 large glass of orange juice? Everything so delicious! Yes, but not in the evening. Without alcohol, it's okay at noon!
