630 spelled flour instead of wheat

If you do not want to or can not use light wheat flour or wheaten flour (allergy, diet, etc.), you do not necessarily have to resort to wholegrain flours.

Try the 630 spelled flour. This is quite bright and suitable for everything.

I even put meat for the Asian kitchen to bake in it, was very yummy. Also, rouxers are just as delicious, if not better, than wheat flour.

If you are not quite sure about wholemeal flour, I can really recommend this flour. When I bake bread or buns, I even mix this with wholegrain spelled flour half the half.

Many who would go for wholegrain or anything other than wheat flour were thrilled when I gave them a try.
