A delicious spread - melted cheese a la tartare

You need two corners of processed cheese of your choice for this spread - I love it with herbs.

The cheese corners are removed from the packaging and mixed with 30 g of soft butter. This works well with a fork, in a small bowl.

In addition:


chopped silver onions, about 1 tbsp
2 very small chopped gherkins
1 half red pepper, very finely cut

Mix everything well, the spread is ready.

You can also fill it in a piping bag and fill with hollowed out small tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, or just paint a blob on a pumpernel taler or a thick slice of cucumber. Or on lukewarm cooked potato slices, delicious!
