A delicious vegetable pan with gnocchi

This tasty dish with crunchy vegetables, mushrooms and gnocchi can be prepared easily and quickly.

Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings

  • 1 zucchini
  • 400 g of brown mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of dried tomatoes
  • Pepper, salt, chilli spice
  • 600 g of gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp butter lard
  • some grated cheese

preparation

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces, clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, peel the onion and finely dice.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a large non-stick pan, season the minced vegetables with pepper, salt and chili and fry in it.
  3. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi gently in plenty of salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain and drain.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the vegetables in the pan and fry briefly.
  5. At the end, add the dried tomatoes, mix everything and let it warm for a short while, maybe season with a little more.
  6. Before serving, the grated cheese is then sprinkled over it.

This fits z. For example, fresh lamb's lettuce with fine onion cubes, sunflower seeds and a mustard-honey-oil vinaigrette.
