  • 1 egg
  • 25 ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda

For covering

  • about 800 g apples
  • 60 g raisins (at will)
  • something rum
  • a little lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • some cinnamon and grated lemon peel
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

preparation

  1. Soak the raisins (preferably the day before) in rum (alternatively in apple juice).
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. Mix the quark with oil, egg, milk, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Mix flour and baking powder, sift over the quark mixture and knead everything with the kneading hooks of the hand mixer until everything is well connected. Do not knead too long, the dough should remain loose.
  5. To wash the apples, to peel them is not absolutely necessary, to free them from the core, then cut into small pieces and mix with the raisins and a little lemon juice.
  6. Spread the dough in the greased, sprinkled form, pull up a small edge and prick the bottom several times with a fork.
  7. Then spread the apple mixture on top and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar-lemon-grated mixture.
  8. Bake the tart for 30 - 35 minutes on a grid in the lower third of the preheated oven.
  9. Then allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy warm with whipped cream and / or vanilla ice cream.
