A liquid breakfast - raspberry and oat smoothie
When it comes down to it in the morning - or as a delicious lunch on hot days: raspberry oat smoothie. A smoothie is a thick mixed drink with fruits and other delicious ingredients.
Anyone who has a blender has prepared this delicious, filling drink for the family in an instant. It works but also with the rod stirrer.
Ingredients for 4 glasses
- 2 bowls of raspberries
- 1000 g yoghurt 1.5%
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey or powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons instant oatmeal - the soluble variety
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp quark
This is mixed together and spread over four tall glasses. Nice frothy, juicy-pink and yummy!
