A nice butt through everyday movement

If you climb all the stages that you manage during the day with your forefoot (forefoot and forefoot) SLOWLY and your knees completely straight, you train your butt muscles without great effort. You "heave" your weight now with the big butt muscle and this thanks it with a nice shape.

Of course it is not from now on the same, but with consistent perseverance (I have 28 levels in my house) makes it enormously noticeable. Great side effect with an everyday movement!
