This is a simple recipe for a quick pie from the tin, which can be filled with any kind of fruit and berry according to taste and which is delicious with or without crumble.

ingredients

(For a baking sheet 26 x 38 cm)

  • 5 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 pck of baking powder
  • 200 g sour cream

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy with the hand mixer, let the oil in and stir in.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in portions under the egg-sugar mixture.
  4. Finally, stir in the sour cream and place the dough on the greased or baking paper tray.
  5. Cover the dough with apple slices, cherries, plums, apricots, peaches or even berries. (This time I had 1 kg of plums, which I cut into quarters after the stones had been removed.)
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, raisins or almonds or sprinkle with crumble topping (see tip).

The baking time is about 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven.

Then remove, let cool and possibly dust with powdered sugar.

tip

Who wants to bake the cake with sprinkles, which still needs:

300 g flour, 170 g butter, 150 g sugar and 1 tbsp oil.

Or for oatmeal crumbles:

180 g of flour, 120 g of pungent oatmeal, 170 g of butter, 250 g of brown cane sugar and 1 tbsp of oil.

Have fun baking and a pretty good appetite!
