A "renouncement day" in the week brings new momentum!

We all have habits that either discourage us from important and beautiful things or are harmful to us. Therefore, it is recommended to put in a waiver once a week.

So: no internet, no cell phone, no smoking and no sweet snacks. Also shopping and watching TV is not allowed on this day! The advantage is that we thereby live healthier and rediscover new or lost things: read a book, talk with partners and children, play games, call dear friends, cook something nice or bake, have a barbecue, go for a walk, have a picnic, etc.
