Addictive crispy rice cubes

You need:

  • a bigger pot
  • about 20g butter
  • Marshmallows: just enough to cover the bottom of the pot (the best are the American white marshmallows, but the others are ok too)
  • Half a pot of crunchy rice (Rice crispies to pour milk over for breakfast!)
  • rectangular baking pan: size by eye

Melt the butter in the saucepan, add the marshmallows, stir until the marshmallow is liquid, add the crispy rice and stir. If the crispy rice pulls really nice threads, then he is just right.

Put the crunchy cereal into the square baking tin and smooth the mass with oiled hands (but not too firm!). Let it cool down and cut into cubes.
