Advent and winter sugar

Whether as a gift from the kitchen, as a souvenir especially in the winter and Advent season or for your own use: wonderfully scented spiced sugar is right for the Christmas season.

From a few ingredients and without much effort you prepare this sweet-spicy mixture, which fits wonderfully with mulled wine, punch, tea, hot milk or hot apple juice, rice pudding, semolina, waffles and cream or red cabbage, game and cream Roast beef.

Brown and white sugar in the same amount is very finely ground with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise, coriander and orange dust (Thermomix, electric coffee grinder etc.).

If you do not have the spices on hand, you can also access gingerbread spice. This is the very simple variant with the same heavenly effect that you can refine with grated bio-orange or lemon peel.
