Against congestion

After more than ten years of constant, dreadful constipation despite a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, fruits, fiber and dried fruit, I finally desperately experimented more and behold:

1) Everyday sport and constipation has disappeared

2) No coffee. Coffee causes constipation in some people and I am definitely one of them.

3) vegan diet (sounds silly at first, but the intestine is happy)

I have become a completely different person. Especially after the second stage without coffee, every morning I have to go to the bathroom almost on time. Being vegan is not necessary. Especially the first two steps have made me completely symptom-free. Anyone who has hemorrhoids or chronic constipation, I can only guess it at least a few weeks to try.
