Against fruit stains on natural wood furniture
Have just strawberries on my brand new wooden patio table (natural) prepared. The strawberry juice is absorbed into the wood and has ole pink spots caused. Of course, they did not get away anymore and I found this site here.
Unfortunately, there were not really any good ideas, because only "less visible" was not enough for me. I'm in my kitchen and have considered. My first thought was salt. Then I fell baking soda to the cake cake. I tried it. I wiped off the affected areas with a damp cloth, spread the soda over it, let it work for a short time and rub it well with the cloth. Then wipe over with a rag. And indeed, no more stains to see. Rub over with a little wood care oil to restore protection.
