Älpler Magronen

Is a recipe from Switzerland. I have it from a lovely mom, I helped out in the house in the summer. You could see it as a remnant (noodles and potatoes), but I'd rather make everything fresh.

ingredients

  • 150g pasta (croissant)
  • 500g potatoes
  • 100g cooked ham
  • 150g cheese, grated (does anyone know Sprinz? Should be hearty so no young Gouda)
  • 180g sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1El butter
  • 3 onions, in rings
  • a few sage leaves
  • a few rosemary needles

preparation

Cook the noodles and diced potatoes and place in greased baking dish. Cut the ham into strips and mix with the cheese. Mix the sour cream with the milk and spread over everything. Cut the onions into rings and chop the herbs. Broth both briefly in butter, then also distribute over the dish. At 200 ° C for about 20 minutes from it in the oven.

I expect enthusiasm, is one of my favorite dishes ;-)!
