Always fresh lemon zest and Parmesan at hand

Especially in the summer you like to use fresh lemon juice. There are a few bowls that are not always used immediately. The pods of expressed biocitrones can be perfectly frozen and then if necessary, e.g. bake to the cake or boil, remove from the freezer and peel off with the zestzer. Much better than flavor bottles!

Parmesan in a nutshell tastes much better than prawn "hard cheese", but the pieces are often very large. Simply freeze the whole piece of parmesan and put it on the table frozen for eating. You can still easily grate it with the grater. Then return to the freezer, there is nothing moldy! Of course you can also portion the cheese before freezing and freeze the pieces in a bag.
