Always good: delicious fork noodles

Always delicious and easy to prepare are noodles. My favorites in pasta are "fork noodles". These are those little bent things, there's not always the mess with the sauce.

In addition, you can the leftover pasta (if the eyes were again larger than the stomach ...) also for dinner in vegetable broth, and you (s) have a delicious soup.

This recipe is for 2 people. This looks too little at first, but the weight of the pasta triples when cooking.

ingredients

  • 200 g fork noodles (my tip: take the most durum wheat pasta, in which there are no eggs - in eggs, you never know if there are still Salmonella on it or if they are already bad ...)
  • about 2 L of water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • slightly chopped chives

preparation

  1. First the water is brought to a saucepan for cooking, it is best to add the salt immediately so that it dissolves well.
  2. When the water is boiling properly (and only now!), Add the noodles to it. Now they need a while, but do not just put the lid on the noodles!
  3. Stir the noodles a bit at the beginning so they do not stick to the pot. After a while, test whether they are "al dente", that is, they are firm but good. It's best to stick to the time stated on the packaging.
  4. When the noodles are ready, pour them into a sieve to allow the salt water to drain off and rinse them once with warm (!) Water. So the starch is washed away and the pasta does not stick together. However, it is not advisable to rinse them off with cold water, you want a hot meal !?
  5. If you want, you can add some chives, which does not taste so boring and looks better.

So, a good appetite and good luck!
