Another dessert! But better? Let's see

Now this discounter offers me a Calvados again - quite passable by the way. And that is part of my dessert - but nothing for children's birthday. In that case, take apple juice instead.

Per person a small Boskopp apple, 1-2 Bebbl (alternatively balls) vanilla, maybe a little whipped cream, and of course Calvados, possibly pine nuts.

preparation

Peel apples and remove core casing.
Cut into 7-8 mm thick curls and sauté briefly in a little water. Maybe some sugar drantun. Now do not put the Calvados too sparingly in the pan - and maybe light it. Then there is something of the good Alloholprotenten in the air. So delete it again (but not with calvados now), make the cover on it.

You've already done the vanilla biscuits on the plates, now you drape the apple slices next to it and pour the hot liquor over the whole thing. It should not be much more than about 2-3 tablespoons. If available, put a dab of cream on it. And, if you want to go for it, roasted pine nuts.
