Another tip against dependence on nasal spray

Unfortunately, having had a stuffy nose as a side effect of a medication, which I had to take for over 3 years, unfortunately I have been using decongestant nasal sprays for too long.

The pills I was able to stop, the stuffy nose remained, just a logical consequence of years of abuse. How uncomfortable and frustrating that is, many people know in a similar situation.

You can often make up your mind to stop, but when the sleepless nights come or you can not breathe while eating, the good intentions are quickly ignored.

My osteopath knew advice and recommended me Coldastop nose oil, and when I got this from the pharmacy, the nice pharmacist gave me the next tip: Spenglersan Colloid G - I took that too. For both vials I acquired a nebulizer attachment, which sprays the liquids finely. I was extremely suspicious if that helped, but I wanted to try.

For 4 days now I use both sprays in the change and can hardly believe it: The nose remains largely free - even after this short time. I had really expected long, very unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. They would have been far worse than the sprays that took some getting used to, which, of course, did not lead to dependency and that one eventually gets rid of.

Maybe my experience will help other affected people.
