Answer to the application question: "Why do you want to change?"

Such a question is gladly asked by personnel. Most see themselves confused and do not know exactly what to answer to such a question. "Why do I want to change, because this is not the right boss ... and my salary is not right." Of course, with such an answer you are immediately out of the race.

In such a situation, the answer (this is just one example of many) might be as follows:

I appreciate my current employer, I've done a lot there and it was fun. There I was able to promote my professional development. But for me it is important to use my work experience in a new company. Now, with the x years of work experience that I have gathered, I would like to take on a new challenge.
