Anti-mosquito spiral also helps against wasps

These spirals develop smoke and thus distribute mosquitoes and other insects. The spirals are lit and then glow like incense sticks. They smell too, unfortunately not according to Jasmine, but to Allethrin (or Pallethrin). Not unpleasant, but especially.

A pack has ten spirals. You have to fiddle carefully, because two of them are put together. Then there is the metal stand, which must be opened. Inside is the piece to which you attached the spiral, with slot to put it on. I made the slot very carefully with the knife tip, because it can happen that the spiral breaks if the plugging in does not work.

It is best to use a glass or metal pad where the ash falls on it. The spiral is now ignited at the outer end and the flame is blown out immediately. Now it continues to glow. The smoke dispels the annoying Stecher and Brummer. The insecticide is safe for humans, cats and dogs. Of course, the smoke should not be inhaled.

Best not to put on the table, where coffee and cake are, but ALWAYS place around on large stones, small tables or logs. It is enough if the spiral is somewhere in the area, the effect is terrific. Because after this hot summer threatens a wasp plague!

Saw dust coffee trick to keep mosquito away. Great for camping too. Repelant | April 2024
