Apple cream horseradish

You need:

1 stick of fresh horseradish
1 half lemon
1 apple
some sweet cream
salt and pepper

Now there is again fresh, hot horseradish. I buy a nice rod and grind a peeled piece very fine - about 10 cm.


This in turn into a bowl of lemon juice - about half a lemon. If you like, you can add some lemon peel.

I also grate very fine half an apple. The whole thing I stir with about two to three tablespoons of sweet cream and with salt and pepper to taste together.

Gorgeous! To meat, to bread and whatever else comes to mind. This keeps a few days in the fridge without getting brown.
