  • Raisins (preferably in rum)

  • 1/2 piece of butter
  • 5 heaped tablespoons of flour
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of sugar

preparation

  1. Sift the flour
  2. Put ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix with the mixer a smooth dough
  4. Put the dough on a tray lined with baking paper - spread the dough
  5. Peel apples and grate on a grater
  6. Add raisins and mix
  7. Distribute on the dough
  8. Heat 1/2 a piece of butter in a small saucepan
  9. Add flour and sugar
  10. Stir with a fork
  11. Still heat mass with your hands on the apples crumble
  12. Bake the whole in a preheated oven to approx. 175 ° C circulating air in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
