Apple leather is completely healthy and made from natural ingredients.
For apple leather you need:
- 1.5kg of apples
- Apple juice
- Cinnamon at will
- Honey at will
preparation
- Cut the apple (without the core case) into finger-sized pieces (watch out for the fingers! Haha).
- The whole is cooked in a saucepan with cinnamon and apple juice (until apples are covered). After 10-20min. at medium level, the juice is poured off.
- The mass is now mashed again and refined with honey or grenadine syrup.
- The porridge is now spread evenly on a clean baking tray and stored for one week on the Zeitzung (or in the oven at 50 ° C and open gap, 1 day + 1 night).
