Apple Nut Bread ring

ingredients

yeast dough

  • 650 g sieved flour
  • 1.5 sachets of dry yeast
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 2 vials of butter vanilla or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 vial of lemon flavor
  • 1 flat tsp salt
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 140 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk

In a bowl are now mixed:

  • 3-4 small diced apples drizzled with lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or 1/2 plate grated chocolate
  • 100 g of chopped hazelnuts
  • 150 g whole hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Mix everything thoroughly and of course try it.

preparation

  1. After going the dough, roll it on a floured smooth surface about 1/2 centimeter thick - a bit thicker is also - it should be about 45x45 centimeters.
  2. Now apply the filling and distribute well, leave a little bit on the edges.
  3. Roll up with floured hands and place in a buttered springform pan (26er), overlapping the ends.
  4. The dough can be gently pressed a little evenly, if necessary.
  5. Let it rest in the mold for another 1/2 hour and then bake.
  6. Does everyone have his method. 15 minutes at 50 degrees, cover with baking paper at 15 minutes 125 degrees. He goes wonderfully up under the paper at this temperature.
  7. Remove paper and bake at 175 degrees for another 30 minutes.
  8. Have him after baking still coated with apricot jam, you can dust him with powdered sugar.

It's a bit of work, but it tastes good too!
