Apple Nut Bread ring

ingredients
yeast dough
- 650 g sieved flour
- 1.5 sachets of dry yeast
- 140 g of sugar
- 2 vials of butter vanilla or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 vial of lemon flavor
- 1 flat tsp salt
- 300 ml of milk
- 140 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
filling
In a bowl are now mixed:
- 3-4 small diced apples drizzled with lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or 1/2 plate grated chocolate
- 100 g of chopped hazelnuts
- 150 g whole hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Mix everything thoroughly and of course try it.
preparation
- After going the dough, roll it on a floured smooth surface about 1/2 centimeter thick - a bit thicker is also - it should be about 45x45 centimeters.
- Now apply the filling and distribute well, leave a little bit on the edges.
- Roll up with floured hands and place in a buttered springform pan (26er), overlapping the ends.
- The dough can be gently pressed a little evenly, if necessary.
- Let it rest in the mold for another 1/2 hour and then bake.
- Does everyone have his method. 15 minutes at 50 degrees, cover with baking paper at 15 minutes 125 degrees. He goes wonderfully up under the paper at this temperature.
- Remove paper and bake at 175 degrees for another 30 minutes.
- Have him after baking still coated with apricot jam, you can dust him with powdered sugar.
It's a bit of work, but it tastes good too!
