Apple pie without added sugar

ingredients

Yeast dough:


  • 250 g spelled wholemeal flour
  • approx. 30 ml oil (rapeseed or sunflower oil)
  • 125 ml of water
  • 1 pck of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt

Covering:

  • 3-4 sweet apples
  • 1 lemon
  • cinnamon
  • Raisins who likes - that's not the thing
  • almond flakes

preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for the yeast dough, knead and leave dough for 1/2 hour.
  2. Peel apples and cut into slices.
  3. Squeeze out the lemon and bathe apple slices in it.
  4. Roll out the dough very thinly (it will be a thin sheet). Cover with the lemony apple slices, sprinkle cinnamon over them generously and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes, sprinkle the almond flakes over it.
