Apple-pudding-cake

Apple cake likes my husband very much, but it should always be something else. So I tried this:

ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g of margarine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • some water

First knead a short crust pastry and put it in a cold place. Then you need:

  • 4-5 apples (depending on size)
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1/4 l of milk
  • 1/4 L cream
  • 75 g of butter
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pck pudding powder vanilla
  • 4 tbsp rum
  • 2 eggs

preparation

First peel the apples, cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Then all remaining ingredients, except the jam, in a pot several times boil. Always stir well. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Now press the dough into a greased springform pan with a 3 cm high rim. On the dough, best sprinkle two tablespoons of breadcrumbs and then spread the apples on it. The apricot jam comes over the apples and finally the warm pudding mass. The baking time is about 1 hour. Have fun baking!
