Apple quark cake

ingredients
For the dough
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
For covering
- 300 g quark
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 pck. Custard powder
- 90 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- about 500 g apples
- lemon juice
preparation
- Peel the apples, quarter them and cut into thin slices, place in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
- Knead the ingredients for the dough well with your hands and let the dough cool for about 30 minutes, then spread well on the bottom of a greased springform pan and pull up a small rim. Prick something with a fork.
- Stir quark, cream cheese, custard powder and sugar until creamy, then add the eggs and stir again.
- Cover the dough with the apple slices and spread the quark mixture on top, I mixed the apples underneath.
- In the preheated oven at 180 degrees 45-55 minutes. Then allow the cake to cool well before opening the springform pan.
