Apple quark crumble cake made from yeast dough for baking tray - made at lightning speed!

If it's time to go fast with the apple pie baking on the baking sheet, I'll buy yeast dough prepared ready to bake in the supermarket, which can be processed very easily. Spread this on the greased baking sheet and let it rest at room temperature.

In the meantime, I stir together 250 g of lean quark, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs and 1 pe. Custard powder and some raisins in rum.


Then 200 g of flour, 150 g of sugar and about 100 g of butter sprinkles are made. Now I peel about 600 g apples and cut them into fine pieces. In the meantime, the dough is ready to be filled. First, the sliced ​​apples, then spread the quark mass and top the crumble.

Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 170 ° C and bake for approx. 25 minutes.

Preparation and baking time in total about 1 hour! Tastes delicious!
