Delicious asia noodle salad with sunflower seeds and almond sticks.
ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage or small white cabbage
- 1 bunch of spring onions or 1 onion
- 2 pck. Asian noodle type chicken (the cheap eg yam yam, available at mini times) is best
- 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 100 g almond sticks
sauce
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- the sauce mixture from the pasta snack
preparation
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, wash and dry, finely chop the spring onions, crush the noodles from the pasta snack in the hand and add both over the salad.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce and pour over the salad.
- Fry the sunflower seeds and almond sticks in 1 tablespoon of oil and pour over the salad, mix everything and leave for a few hours.
