Asparagus with mustard sauce
- 1 cup of cream fraiche or sour cream
- Salt pepper
Cooking asparagus as usual ... Personally I cook them in water with butter and pepper.
For the sauce, place the crème fraiche in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Season the creme fraiche with mustard, salt and pepper, FINISHED.
Just give it over the asparagus and it tastes best with potatoes and smoked ham!
