In addition, I did not want to buy any ingredients, but to process those that were available to me at the moment: What do you make from pears, camembert, leek, mushrooms, herbed quark and salami? Wonderful autumnally occupied pizza rolls!

Ingredients are for a total of 6 small flat? Rolls ?:

  • 100 g of herb quark
  • the white of a thin stick of leek

  • 1 big pear
  • some mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 1 onion or 2 shallots
  • 6 slices of salami (in the photos: pepper salami)
  • 100 g lean diced bacon
  • Salt, nutmeg and pepper

preparation

  1. First, the quartered, pitted pear is cut into thin slices and steamed in white wine.
  2. The crackers and bread rolls are pressed as flat as possible after removal and spread thinly with the herb quark.
  3. Then come the pear slices, the leek cut into very fine rings, as well as the fine onion rings, the slices of salami sliced in thin slices, the sliced Camembert and some cubes of the raw lean bacon. The order is up to you. If onion and leek rings are over the cheese, they are tanned crispy.
