Avocado instead of butter on the bread

This tip is for allergy sufferers but you for people who want to save fat.

Although the avocado has a relatively high fat content for fruits and about 23g fat per 100g, however, butter beats with the 75g fat per 100g to book. In addition, the avocado is completely healthy and has many unsaturated fats.

So here to the tip

I cut out of the soft avocado always about one-eighth, dissolve the pulp from the shell and smear it on bread or rolls. Then just prove it at will. It looks especially funny with red jam :-)

If they are not mature yet, wrap them in newspaper and ripen.

When avocados are cut, always leave the kernel on the pulp, or with prepared avocado, such as Guacamole put in the core. This prevents the avocado from turning brown.
