Avoid frying in the hair - wear headgear

A little out of fashion, at least in private households - to wear a headgear when cooking and roasting to avoid frying fragrance in the hair.

Even the apron was a fashionable no go for a while, until the chic prebenders from the bistro area made their way into the fashion world.

Why should not headgear in the kitchen be revived? In the professional field for reasons of hygiene, a rule, the famous hair in the soup should be avoided. But also odor-wise, it has advantages not to expose the head of hair to the kitchen fumes. You just do not smell "biting" if you protect the hair with a cloth or a hood. Deep frying and frying releases an enormous amount of fat particles into the air. If you place your head under the extractor, this fat film will be taken to your hair very well. Not everyone is looking forward to it either.

Bandanas you can wrap around the head, just triangle scarfs serve the same purpose. Special chef's hats in the form of high hoods even prevent the head from sweating too much. Give it a try.
