Baby porridge without milk

Since my osteopath has advised me not to give my little son too much milk products, since these are not as healthy as propagated by the dairy industry, I have been using rice drink, spelled drink or oat drink to make his dinner.

To get it is all (in organic quality) at a well-known drugstore. Mostly I take millet or rice flakes, the amount remains the same and it works at least as well as with milk. I even find that the consistency is much less batzig. It tastes even finer, than with milk.

The argument that milk prevents osteoporosis is not clear to me, since Asians, who usually tolerate no milk products at all, do not seem to be more likely to suffer from them than, for example, Europeans.
