Bake bread with ready mix plus wheat flour

I regularly bake a "hearty farmhouse bread" with the ready-made mixture of Netto. Similar ones are also available in other department stores. Yesterday I happened to have half a pack of it and came up with the idea to "stretch" it with the same amount of wheat flour (type 405). In the ready-mix, the yeast is already in it, for the flour, I added a sachet of dry yeast.

The bread, baked according to the manufacturer's instructions in a box shape, proved to be very good - it was expected to be "milder" in taste. May therefore recommend imitation.
