Bake buns to save energy

Depending on the number of rolls put a frying pan or a flat stainless steel pot on the stove. Pre-moisten the rolls, briefly turn up the plate until the pan is hot, then put the rolls in and put on a lid. (I did not try with enamel pots, I suppose it bursts, if you are in the meantime too long in the bathroom and forget to switch off the stove ...) Do not forget to switch back. Depending on how long you have heated, the stove can also be switched off. This method is faster than baking in the oven. The breads taste so much better than me on the toaster baked. The lid creates a climate like in the oven. Goes well with onion pie or other pastry such as pretzel sticks, croissants, etc.
