Bake delicious cherry patties

This delicious Kirschfladen was with us today, I can only recommend it to you and he is not difficult to bake.
Ingredients for the dough
- 250 g flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 125 g butter (margarine)
- 4 tablespoons of milk
Ingredients for the toppings
- 1 glass of cherries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- a little cornstarch about 1/2 tsp
preparation
- Put the flour and butter in a bowl, then beat with the dough hook until the dough becomes crumbly, then add the egg yolks, sugar and some milk and knead the dough well with your hands.
- Let it rest for about 1 hour and leave to cool.
- In the meantime, take about 2/3 of the cherries and boil them with a little cherry juice and the sugar, the remaining cherries herause ask.
- Now mix the cornstarch with a little cold water and tie the cooked cherries with it, then cool and puree.
- Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees, then roll out the dough with some flour very thinly (as best as possible) and use it to line a springform pan (previously laid out with baking paper) so that it is about 3 cm high all around.
- Now spread the cherry puree in it and put the remaining cherries on it.
- At the end, whip the entire dough edge into the filling and spread with some egg whites.
- Bake for 30 minutes and you can enjoy it! Best he tastes lukewarm. We also had vanilla ice cream, delicious!
- The 2 hours, are already included in the cooling time of the dough!
