Bake delicious oatmeal cookies
Preparation time: 30 min.
Cooking or baking time: 15 min.
Total preparation time: 45 min.
These biscuits are a hit also in between.
Ingredients: for a tin
500 g of pungent oatmeal
150 g wholemeal flour - I always use wholegrain spelled flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
200 g of margarine
150 g of honey
Beat the eggs and then separate the yolks from the egg whites.
Now melt the margarine in a saucepan and then remove the pot from the heat and add the oatmeal.
Start the oven at 200 ° C for preheating.
Allow the mass to cool and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Now add the egg yolk, honey and wholegrain flour evenly to the mixture and stir in the stiff egg whites.
Now place small, equal piles of dough on a baking tray (lined with baking paper).
You can help yourself to 2 teaspoons.
The tin can now be in the oven for 15 minutes.
If the kitchen smells wonderfully of the cookies and the biscuits show a golden brown color, then get out with the tin and wait for the biscuits to cool down.
Snacking is now allowed! ;)
