Bake three-piece cake at once with round baking paper

Make a biscuit dough - according to cookbook. You need round cut baking paper - you can buy it. The first sheet comes to the bottom of a springform.

Then distribute one third of the dough. Put the second baking paper on the dough. Distribute the second third on it. Place the third and last baking paper on top and cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees until the top dough is light brown.

After cooling, you have three layers - without having to cut or with a thread to separate. Then you can - as desired - fill the cream between the layers - of course, remove the paper - and decorate the cake.
