- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 glass of black pitted olives

For the supplement we leave Italy; o)
- Bulgur or rice
preparation
- The desired side dish is first prepared according to the instructions on the package: Pour 1 cup of bulgur with 2 cups of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of vegetable powder and allow to swell for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the bulgur starch, and longer for coarse bulgur. Can also be soaked in the morning for safety's sake.)
- Some olive oil is heated in the pan.
- Press garlic cloves.
- To dice tomatoes.
- Squeezing cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the spring onions and chili pepper into rings.
- Pluck the basil leaves.
- Roast the tomato paste briefly in the hot oil.
- Add all ingredients except the fish and sauté on a medium flame.
- In the meantime, salt and pepper the washed and dry spotted fish from both sides and roll up. I deliberately did without a filling.
- When the tomatoes are overcooked, place the pan contents in a casserole dish, place the fish rolls upright.
- Knead baking paper under running water, wring out and completely cover the baking dish.
- In the oven (convection 180 degrees) let stand for 15-20 minutes.
A more intense Italian taste is given to the dish by grated Parmesan cheese.
Good Appetite.
