Baked garlic - Roasted Garlic

Baked garlic is extremely tasty! For all who love garlic.

ingredients

  • olive oil
  • salt
  • aluminum foil
  • 1-2 garlic bulbs, the tubers should not be too small

preparation

  1. First, the garlic bulb must be beheaded. Do not cut in the middle, but higher up, so that the garlic cloves are all cut after. Is in the picture easy to see how it is meant.
  2. A tuber is ever on a piece of aluminum foil and is doused with 1 tablespoon olive oil and then salted a little (salt can of course also omit).
  3. The aluminum foil is now as closed as possible so that it does not come into contact with the cut portion of the garlic.
  4. Cook at 190 degrees for 45 minutes or at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes (preheated) in the oven, or bake.

Tip:


The baked garlic with goat cream cheese on warm flatbread and cranberries tastes particularly good.

But the imagination knows no bounds, it also tastes great with grilled or roasted bread with tomatoes (bruscetta) and much more.
