Baked mini-macaroni with spicy meat sauce

It does not always have to be a tomato-meat sauce, so today I would like to introduce you to my other variant. Here is a recipe for baked mini-macaroni with spicy meat sauce.
ingredients
- 500 g of mixed minced meat
- 100 ml dry red wine
- 200 ml roast stock
- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste (with root vegetables)
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- some splash of Worcestershire
- Salt, pepper, paprika rosenscharf
- some cornstarch to tie
- 1 pack of mini macaroni
- Cheese for baking
preparation
- Put the pasta water and cook the mini-macaroni according to the instructions. Little tip, I cook the noodles always a little shorter, as they cook later in the oven again.
- In the meantime, I fry the minced meat in a non-stick pan, so I can save extra fat for frying, because in the mixed minced meat is usually enough fat included.
- I also add the onion and the garlic. Stir well again and again to make the minced meat crumble.
- Just before the meat is cooked, I add the tomato paste and roast it with something.
- Then deglaze with the red wine and boil to evaporate the alcohol and add the roast stock.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Tighten with some cornstarch.
- Simmer the whole thing over low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Put the noodle in a baking dish, sauce over it and the cheese (I have mixed in this case, grated gouda and mozzarella).
- Now for about 15-20 minutes in the pre-heated oven (at 180 °) and crispy baked.
As a side dish I recommend a green salad.
