Baked Pork

Ingredients:
600g pork tenderloin
3 tbsp oil
250g onions
1 kl. Can of mushrooms
1 tsp (pickled) green peppercorns
200g Camembert (no low-fat, does not melt well)
Salt pepper
1/4 l sour cream

Cut pork fillet into medallions of approx. 75g each. Lightly flatten medallions with the heel of your hand and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan and roast the medallions for three minutes on each side, then heat them up. Cut the onions into strips and fry until golden brown in the frying fat. Add the drained mushrooms and the peppercorns and let them melt. Then fill in the sour cream and let cook to about half. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the medallions in a baking dish (without lid) and top with the mushroom / cream sauce. Lay it on top of the sliced ​​Camembert. Put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until the cheese has melted.

As a side dish, rice tastes very good.
