Time
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking or baking time: 1 hr.
Total preparation time: 1 hr. 15 min.
ingredients
For 2 people:
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 8 leaves sage
- 60 g Parma ham or Serrano ham
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, if desired, some liquid honey
- 3-4 teaspoons butter
- 3-4 dried figs
preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. In this time, cut the pork filet deep in length (this is where the filling comes in).
- For the filling: Mix the butter, sage leaves, Parma ham, figs and a dash of olive oil in the blender or with the blender to a solid farce.
- Put this stuffing in the sliced pork fillet and tie the filet a little bit with kitchen yarn.
- Put the fillet in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a little honey. 60 min. Cook in the oven.
Serve with broccoli, julienne sliced carrots, zucchini or even a salad. A few potato wedges also fit, we do it without, if necessary, a slice of ciabatta to dab the leaked butter.
Good Appetite!
