- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 20 g of salt
- 2 g pepper, black (fresh from the mill)
- 100 g 8 herb mix (TK)
- 100 g garlic (TK)
- 400 g of sour cream
- 400 ml of cream
- 600 g Emmentaler (strong in the taste)
- Parsley, fresh
- 15 bread rolls
preparation
Tip: Produce the mass one day before, so that the ingredients become more intense in the taste.
- Roast the minced meat without any ingredients in a little rapeseed oil. (Salt would also bind water.) Do not fry too vigorously, otherwise it will be too dry. (The mass will be baked later.)
- Dice the onion, add tomato paste, mustard, salt and pepper and mix in a bowl. Add the mass to the minced meat, mix and after 2 minutes put everything in a bowl.
- The herbs and who likes it, the garlic, under the mass lift.
- Add the cream and sour cream and mix.
- Add the grated cheese and mix well, so that a relatively firm, yet homogeneous mass arises.
- This finished mass, depending on your preference on the halved rolls.
- Place at 150 degrees in the preheated oven on the baking tray. (Baking paper does not have to).
- Bake the bread in the oven until the cheese has reached an appealing color. (15 minutes).
- Finally, sprinkle with the fresh parsley.
Good Appetite.
