Baked Steaks with Cheese Mushroom Dome and Oven Vegetables

A tasty dish, grilled steaks, cheese and mushroom crust and delicious oven-baked vegetables.
ingredients
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (mushrooms, chanterelles, hamburger)
- 500 g potatoes
- 1/2 pack of herb cheese or processed cheese
- 2 steaks each 200 g (for example rump steak)
- 4 stems of thyme, rosemary
- Pepper, salt, oil for frying, herbal oil for the potatoes
- 1 toe garlic
- 50 g of cheese (preferably aromatic-spicy or Parmesan)
- some Milk
- Tomatoes, zucchini, peppers - quantity of your choice
preparation
- Wash the potatoes well, quarter them with the diced vegetables and the garlic in a large bowl (for smaller quantities offer a freezer bag) with garlic or herbal oil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper mix well and on a baking sheet lined with baking paper give.
- Approximately Grill for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- In time, cut the cleaned mushrooms into slices and fry in oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the herb cheese with a little milk, melt in the still hot pan and mix with the mushrooms.
- Now wash the steaks, pat dry, possibly cut the edge of the fat several times with a knife so that it does not curl while frying, flatten it, season with pepper and fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes (depending on the thickness) from each side.
- Remove the steaks from the pan, salt, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest.
- When the oven-baked vegetables are ready, combine the mushroom mixture on the steaks, grate the spicy cheese and bake in the hot oven.
- Arrange with the oven vegetables and the spicy rosemary potatoes and maybe add a salad.
