Baked tomatoes topped with sheep's cheese and Gouda

Recipe for 4 persons:

4 tomatoes
1 onion
Some TC herbs (6 herbs)
olive oil
Salt pepper
grating Gouda
Feta cheese

And this is how it is done:


Wash and slice the tomatoes, finely chop the onions and place in a bowl. Dice feta and add. Season with herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil and stir well.

Put half of the tomatoes in a casserole dish and sprinkle with Gouda. A second layer of tomatoes and the rest of cheese spread well.

Then it goes at about 180 degrees in the oven until the cheese is nice brown.

This fits rice.
