For those who like pasta and tuna: A recipe for baked tuna spaghetti.

(Quantities for 2 persons):

ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 small onion, a little garlic (to taste)
  • some chives
  • a bit of lemon abrasion
  • Salt pepper
  • about 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml of dry white wine
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 tbsp. Creme fraiche
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • otherwise the spaghetti (about 300g)
  • and about 200 grams of grated cheese

preparation

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic, cut the chives into fine rolls, clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put spaghetti water on, preheat oven to 200 degrees. In the meantime, put the oil of a tuna tin in a saucepan (pour the second tin out) and sauté the onions in a glassy sauce, add the mushrooms and the garlic and simmer briefly.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and bring to a boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then switch off the stove and add the cream and the creme fraiche and stir.
  4. Now season with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and rubbed off.
  5. Carefully fold in the tuna and chives, do not cook, just let it steep.
  6. Do not cook spaghetti until firm, place in a casserole dish, sauce and cheese on top and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

Good Appetite.

For those who have reservations about canned tuna, the recipe also works with fresh tuna. I have already tried it. However, we like this version better and it is also a question of price, because good fresh tuna costs a bit more.
