Baked zucchini stuffed with hack

For my absolute favorite meal, I need the following:

ingredients

  • 4-6 courgettes (depending on size and thickness)
  • 300-350 g hack (if you like more hack, you can also take 500 g)
  • 1 liter of dissolved chicken broth
  • tomatoes letter
  • Cheese for baking
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning (spices are variable, everything can be used)
  • Who likes, some onion for the hack
  • Fat for the pan

preparation

First, I start with the zucchinis. Depending on how long they are, I divide them in half and then halve them. The Zucchini pieces I cook in a pot with water and a little salt until firm.

In the meantime, I fry the minced meat. To do this I add fat to the pan, add the minced meat and chop it. Then it is seasoned with salt and pepper. I like seasoning with curry, but that's a matter of taste. If you like, you can also add crushed onions. Do not give them too early for the hack so they do not get black.


If the hack is well fried, then add one liter of dissolved broth and boil everything again.

If the hack is slightly simmering, the zucchinis should be cooked to firm and you can pour them off. Then I take out the core inside with a spoon and put the zucchinis in a casserole dish.

In the hollowed zucchinis I fill the hack with a spoon and put in the casserole the broth. I like to make the shape very full, because I simply love this taste.


If you like, you can now put tomatoes on top. Then everything is baked again nice with a delicious cheese.

And you have a delicious meal. I always eat it without side dishes. But a baguette certainly fits very well.
