Baking paper in the springform
Why use the baking paper only on one sheet?
If you want to line a springform pan with baking paper, you simply cut a piece that corresponds to the diameter of the shape (+ 2cm more), put the bottom of the mold under the paper and simply clamp it with the springform edge. The rest is cut off all around.
Although you have such a bit more garbage, but a nice side effect is the following: The mold is denser overall and even liquid doughs / fillings do not drip out.
Attention: the edge must be greased as before!
